2010 dragon bought altimiter and outside temp cant figure out where they plug in??

dealer swears up and down ther the right part# I cant see where they plug in HELP!!!

right in the frt fender where the egt wire plugs into the harness at..both modules plug in there(also right where the hood harness unplugs)
