2010 D8 won't start. What to look for?

I had a silber turbo on my 2010 d8. Sold the turbo kit this summer. Put a SLP pipe and can that I had sitting around on it. Now I can't get it to fire. Tried different plugs and still nothing. What do I need to be looking for???

Pull it over see if the guages light up if not most likely polaris's super awsome parts "stator" they put in our sleds, not sure where polais's makes there sleds but i would asume ethiopia

Over the summer the Resistor will go De charged...

You will need to pull it over. 10-20 times.. Key on Kill switch in not running position!

And flip kill to run.. should fire..

it would also help to prime the fuel pump up too

Tried NappaMatt's suggestion with no luck. I dont get any sign of life in the dash lights. Tough to check for spark by myself but I don't think I am getting anything electric. How tough is it to check the stator?? could I take the one out of my 08 700 rmk to try?? I checked all the plugs and everything looks good. when i took the attitude controller off I just clipped the wires and taped them off. that shouldnt have anything to do with it would it?? I am stumped...

Jus put your plug on the top of the block, make sure the tip is touching it and pull it over without jarring the sled to much to move the plug, one person can do this.

I agree check your wiring over and over lol.

I had the same problem when I went back to stock with my dragon. For me the solution was easy: I had forgotten to put the green washer back in the fuel pump! Stupid thing but the pump was not making any pressure (with the turbo you have the fuel pressure reg to make up for that). The minute I put it back it fired up.

You might also try pulling it over with a bit of throttle applied just incase your Throttle Safety Switch (TSS) got out of whack. Did you pull the throttle bodies to change reeds or anything?

What about the key switch wiring. Did you remove the plastic cowl that the key is mounted in, maybe a problem under there.

I think you really need to grab a buddy if needed and determine spark or not first thing. Good luck. EW

This makes complete sense. Doesn't Silber lower base fuel pressure?

i am 99.9% sure i got the green washer back in. when i was taking it apart to remove the kit i accidentally pulled the plug wires loose from the coils. it looked like they just screwed back in but i looked up the parts and i see the coil and plugwire are all one peice. could this be my problem?? if so could i take the coils and wires off of an 08 700 to try it?? i see they are different part numbers but thought they might work in a pinch.

had a chance to quick check and looks like im getting good spark on both sides. maybe i will have to double check that washer. how does one prime the fuel pump? i pulled over with a little throttle applied and it gets alot tougher to pull then. havent touched throttle bodies or reeds. maybe it just isnt getting fuel up through the lines and filter yet after taking off the regulator for the kit??

pull the sparkplugs, dribble a little fuel into each cylinder, reinstall plugs and see if it wont fire up...might have to do that 2-3 times to get it to stay running...

whoa iam pretty sure you need to put your wireing back to stock if i remember correctly that the attitude intercepts the signals i think i had to cut a couple wires. I just checked on attitudes site you need to wire it back to stock there is a couple spliced wires

My guess is that you say you just clipped the wires and taped them off is your problem. The Attitude box interupts the injector signal. You must reconnect the injector wires as they were.

yeah thanks to 440dart and Super Dave3. I didnt do the wiring on this and thought they were just spliced into the wires, not cut and reconected. sounds like that should get it going. thanks for all the help guys
