Orderd 2010 assault,e mailed polaris on aprox. delivery date and got the normal canned response"see you dealer".Went to the dealer,doesn't know either.Anyone know?Put my money down in the spring and have recieved no response or conformation at all from them.Spend $10,000 and can't get letter or a e mail?

Got SCREWED out of my Assault last year BIG TIME!!!!!!
Dealer had my full payment for months with a promised delivery date. When my delivery driver showed to pick the sled up, it had not even been built yet!!! This was after numerous calls and promises that the sled was on time by the dealer.
This was in late Nov. last year and the dealer was FULL THROTTLE MOTOSPORTS, MI.
The dealer did nothing for me and Polaris did nothing except take my compliant. So in a 9 month period I spent $22k with polaris and this was the thanks I received. BTW, it took over a month to get my $$$$ back and polaris did nothing to make it right.
DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

AK Hard for me to believe your story but if you say so it's not Poos fault it's the guy that took your cash without knowing how many he's getting. 2010 Assualts are here now, funny thing is they are not the snowchecks yet but for sure are way cool looking .

Saw a 2010 Assault in a crate behind the dealers today. Must be a non-snowcheck though.

My friend and his trailer were almost 1 month late on their return trip. The dealer was confirming the entire time the sleds would be ready for pick-up by late Nov.
Late Nov. came and quess where my F'ing sled was?????? At the factory still being built!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sleds were supposed to be heading for AK, it's not like you can turn around and drive down on any weekend. This trip was preplanned for 6 months!!
I do blame the dealer, but it's not his fault that Polaris did not deliver on time. It's not like he was selling a sled that was not slated for his store. In my mind months late with zero help from the manufacture. Prob. the last new sled I'll ever buy, not worth all of the new a$$ pains.

Why didnt you just get your assualt from hatchers or sea n ski? If you want a good deal they may still have one more 09 D8 155 at sea n ski. I got my 09 D8 163 there two weekends ago for 1500 off what my dad paid for his last year. Also hatchers had a 155 D8 n assault last year as late as november. Maybe you should have shopped localy before going out of state to a dealership who couldnt care less about since they never have to see you again. So sorry to say it but you may be somewhat to blame since the assault was in high demand and you cant count on dealers or manufactures.
In 08 the D8's showed up 2 days before new years as we had folks going on trips the day after they showed but in 09 all sleds showed up by nov 16th and all snowchecks were here by Oct 20th, you can verify on the tag the production date, the late build was for the dealers that were not RMK dealers and had started out not being able to even order RMK s I think.

sounds like itt was polaris's fault, not the dealer. FULL THROTTLE MOTOSPORTS, MI . is top notch. who did you deal with over there?

idk akcoop is *****en about but thats all dealers fault though i have to say its not poos fault. i snow checked mine and they just called me when n mid sept 2 come get it. so really it depends on ur dealer. like mine i wasnt able to come get it for a few weeks after they got it n so i have them pipe it then they put it on the show room floor and they got so many offers for it. but u just have to wait for the dealer to call u an u just have to go get it urself.
