2009 M8 secondary clutch options

Fantastic! Now my current one has a Dalton 44/40 helix on it with a orange spring. Now I am new to arctic cat and really with mods. I have always run stock. So I have no idea what does it over stock. But should I switch that stuff over?

If you are happy with the performance, swap it. It really depends what helix and spring is in the new clutch.

I have a super low mile 2009 M8 Secondary I pulled of my 09 M8 for sale in the swap meet. I have a multitude of helixes and springs you can chose from. I would be happy to help you figure out the best spring and helix angle for your sled. Here's a link. Send me a PM if you might be interested.

Thank you very much but I have found one local. I am in Canada so when you factor in exchange rate then shipping and customs fees it becomes alot more expensive lol. But thanks again for the offer. Also I would have no idea what helix and spring to choose. I moved from Ontario to alberta last year and this will be my first full season with this arctic cat. The first mountain trip I make this year will be my second time riding in the mountains. So I wouldn't know what I want lol

I would run your 44/40 helix. This will give you a better pull of the bottom without losing to much on top. Also I would put a set of rock rollers on it and a shift assist bearing with the arctic cat orange spring. This will give you a pretty good setup for not alot of money. I am currently running that setup in northern idaho at 4000' to 6000' and its working good the only thing that is different is that I'm running a 42/36 BDX Helix.
