2009 M8 162 electric start

Does anyone know if anyone makes an electric start kit for the M8? A buddy wants to buy one and get rid of his 08 XP, but said he would never buy one without electric start. Dude I know put one on his 06 M7. Is that the same one?

have never actually seen a M sled with electric start but i'm sure your ac dealer could hook you up.

Is your buddy aware that the fuel injection makes the m's way easier to start on the hill than an XP, especially after a rollover? Xp's can be a nightmare to start when they flood but the M will fire right up in 1 or 2 pulls.

SEEYACOP is right - absolutely unnecessary on an M series. They will run and start upside down! :D

Had my M7 upside down for 5 minutes, and a buddies M8 rolling down the hill the same time. Both fired up in 1 pull. Even in -40C temps it only takes 1 slow pull and 2 normal pulls to start. Cats EFI system makes them the easiest starting sleds ever.
When Im riding I dont even use a full pull to start it. Just one compression stroke (1ft pull of the rope) is enough to start it.

there is no electric start available for the 800 or 1000 laydown in the Crossfire or M Chassis.
