2009 dragon silber turbo problem(help if you can)

got a 2009 dragon with silber turbo kit.attitude box is set up to the #,s on justins site.sled worked good for 5 rides then was put away for a few weeks, took machine out and it has a popping sputter in the lower midrange, if i stab the throttle from the bottom it works good,top its good, it only wants to do this when i slowly throttle up and right when its starts making boost and the boost light coms on in the box it pops backfires and sputters but only for a second then it will take off.the fuel fpr is set to 40psi works good there but have changed it to see if that would make it better, it didnt. the boots had a small crack in them so they got changed, inspected the reeds they where intact.i have changed the fuel filter, talked to justin and tried all different box settings i could, still cant get rid of the problem, i can ride it all day just gun n run with it and wont notice, but if i have to do any technical riding it happens right where i dont want it too.
hope someone has a new idea couse its about to go to the junk pile.

Are you running a 02 gauge? what does it say your air fuel mixture is when it is poping? Try riching up the setting before it goes on boost and see if that helps.

had tried all that and still didnt change anything, i had the exhaust valve lines caped off when i was running slp pipes and hight compression head, i have it all back to stock now, but what i was thinkin is maybe with them lines capped the valves would be opening sooner and would make a lean spot right about where the valves open and it starts boosting up....so today i unplugged the wires for the two different maps depending on fuel used and put the exhaust valve lines back to factory and it fixed the problem, works like a hot damn! thanks for the post
