2008 summit 800 with idle and bogg issues

I Just bought a 2008 Summit 800 with 250 miles on it. It idles about 1000-1400 rpm. When I squeeze the throttle all the way it just bogs or dies. If I kind of pulse it up to 4000rpm it then runs great. Also, it always dies when I try to put it in reverse or try to get it back into forward. Sometimes it'll shift if the choke is on part way. The rpm also drops to 7500 when I'm climbing in powder but is at 8500 on the trail. I replaced the spark plugs and it didn't change at all. Can anyone help me with this? Or maybe someone wants a pain in the butt Summit? Thanks.
