2008 Ski-Doo Renegade 800 X lost a part from sec. clutch

hi folks

i lost a part from a sec. clutch "PULLEY AJUSTABLE ***'Y - STRAIG FITTING"

its a part # 51-53

can i ride without this part? there is no dealer in my area for a new part.
can i rebuild it self? to build a new one?

for what do i need it?

That black plastice piece is to adjust the belt deflection.

you probably can ride without it but your belt will be real tight unless it streched some--nothing will come apart

i will take this part and rebuild it self from a peace of plastic.

i can not buy it in next time. have to rebuild it. simple as possible
