2008 Yamaha Nytro
~960 Miles
This sled runs excellent. It's all setup and ready to go. Below is the list of modifications that have been made:
- Front suspension upgraded to Fox Float shocks. Saved about 10 pounds and handles bumps much better than the factory suspension. I still have the factory suspension if that's something you're interested in.
- Rear suspension upgraded to Ski Doo XRS skid. This skid handles both the bumps and the powder much better than the OEM skid. It also saved 11 pounds, I had the shop weight them both before they installed the Ski Doo skid. I still also have the OEM skid if you're interested in that as well.
- 162 Arctic Cat PowerClaw track with 2.25" paddles. This is regarded as one of the best tracks for powder. It was purchased brand new and only has about 300 miles on it. This track cost $700 and was completely worth it, it made a huge improvement in the deep snow.
- SPG Super-Q exhaust. Not overly loud but has a really nice, mean sound. It also saved about 10 pounds compared to the stock exhaust. I still have the stock exhaust if that's something you're interested in.
- RSI Pivot adapter and RSI 4" riser. This sets the handle bars higher up and further forward allowing for better rider position when standing.
- SPG Float plate. This acts as a skid plate helping protect the under the front of the sled as well as helping keep the front of the sled floating higher up in deep snow.
- WRP Running boards. These keep snow from building up on the running boards.
- Yamaha billet reverse handle.
- Yamaha cover
