2008 M8 with SLP Intake
I can make a long Climb ,when I come back down it seem's to load up and is flat,also when motor is good and hot,stop for a minute or two and let it idle it load's up,feather the throttle and it clear's up.
I did a Oil and Gas Ratio test and got 32.7 : 1
The ECU was re-called when New

That ecu was re-called if it has a little white dot on top you have the new one, they replaced the ecu on the 08 and did a re-flash on the 07 if i am not mistaken. I also noticed on my last ride when i would stop and shut it down for a bit then go again it was sputtering a bit, it was warm out though and never does it when its cold so the warm weather gets the blame for now. I dont really like riding when its that warm out and early in the morning it was just fine when it was cooler out, it was just running rich with the warm temps i figure.

ya I'v seen this problem allot with the cats me and my friends ride seems like it always happens coming down a big hill so insteed of fixing the problem we just pop the throttle a bunch coming down to keep it from loading up that works fine never had a problem getting back on the throttle when I needed it??????????

My 09 had a problem restarting. Turned out the injectors were leaking down
