Spent some time to get this thing dialed in, may be some good info for some of you.
Sled:
2008 M1000 SnoPro w/162", Boss Seat, AMP 3" riser, ARS-FX 43" front A-Arms, and a EZ-Ryde skid.
Rider and Riding area:
6' 4" 255 lbs w/gear. Ride 3,000 to 6,000 feet in Washington Cascades. (Wet, heavy powder)
Exhaust:
D&D Y-pipe, pipe, and silencer. Lengthend the deflector 3" and sealed the pipe exit area.
Fuel:
Attitude Box and CPC fuel regulator - Turned the fuel pressure down to 42 PSI. This took the low and mid rich spots out.
Green 1.5
Yellow 2.5
Red 6
Green/Blue Fast Flash 1
Yellow/Blue 5 -6
Red/Blue 6 (adds full fuel when the power valves open)
Intake:
Timbersled Kit and V-Force Reeds - added flowRites to the hood and inside the shockwells. Also have side panels vented.
Clutching:
Secondary - RK Tech conversion kit w/38 34 helix, green snopro spring, Rock rollers. Spring is in the middle hole, belt deflection is set so that track slightly rotates while idling on the stand.
Primary - Blue/Yellow titianium spring and 85g weights. Sled runs 7,600 down the road and 7,500 to 7,550 on a hard pull. Very little belt heat using a 046 belt.

This sled now accelerates and backshifts incredibly! No more bog after coasting off a climb and no issues in the deep stuff.
Good luck all!

Great post,I'm running an 08 m1000sp and its got the mid range bog, not drastic but it needs to be delt with. Is the attitude box the same as the pure logic box?,they look very similar.I've tried to adjust the box but the bog does not go away,I think that you have found the answer with the fuel pressure control. How many miles per tank of fuel are you getting?

Yes, the Prologic is the same tuning wise. I would try setting your yellows on fast flash (no added fuel) and see if that helps.
Mileage seems to be around 55 to 65 miles per tank. Depends how much hill poking I am doing.
Hope this helps.

Check your fuel pressure. For every pound of pressure above 42psi it is about 3 jet sizes. Thus, if you are running 45psi those numbers will not work for you. We could not pull enough fuel from an 08', when we check the fuel pressure it was 46.5psi from the factory. Dialed it down to 42psi and problems went away. It seems with the cats this is a huge problem because these numbers won't work if you do not have the matching fuel pressure. I believe that most aftermarket companies do all of there testing at 42psi and give there specs based upon that. I really wish that A/C would close up there tolerances on this issue.
