I would think a fair price would be 27-30 on the truck. good luck selling your 06 i hear they had the 6.0 running decent by then.

its not really over valuing when you use nada or blue book they usually give you a general idea of what they are worth.

Just my $.02, I just traded my 08 in for $33500 and still got around $8500 of the new truck and mine was a lariat. So I think your in the game.
