2008 dragon 163 bogging

I have a 2008 dragon with a bog around 7500 to 8000 rpm it will bog down to 7000 rpm. I have had the latest and well not greatest Polaris programming fuel pressure is 60 lbs I put the Stock muffler back on ( it had a MBRP stinger) the Tpm is set to .94 Volts and it has 62 weights! Need help I am suppose to go to mountains on Tuesday???

Had the IDENTICAL problem. Good compression, fuel pressure, no codes, clutches good. Ended up tearing it down and the skirts were scored as well as the cylinders. Spendy rebuild. Don't trust a compression gauge to tell you your engine is solid internally. Mine was not. Was decent cold but as soon as it warmed up it bogged 70 percent of the time. CFI plugs should have good clean color. Mine were slightly dark. Ended up being a telling tale.

Good info I have the EXACT problem. Fine when it is cool but 5 minutes into the ride it bogs @ wide open. Was you'res low on power as well? Mine is I so don't want this to be the problem but.... :(

Had the same promblem last spring found a hole in the exhaust valve bellow and wore out exhaust valve springs. replaced both bellows and springs and cleaned valves. runs like it did when it was brand new

Mine was having similar issues after I spent a ton of money on the "fix-it" kit, ecu, tps, etc. In the end, it was bad reeds. Sucked 1 1/2 petals. Replaced the reeds and the sled has ran flawless ever since. Sometimes it may be the simple, over-looked things.
