2007 rmk 600 ho 155 boggy bottom end....

I forgot to mention that Polaris has updated the carb boots on these 6's. They are thicker, in fact, the latest boots are the 3rd design. The excessive alcohol, ethanol, and all the other junk in todays fuel raises havoc on all boots these days.

Just got the machine out yesterday. Put new reeds in, another air vent, cleaned the valves, checked everything that has been mention. Runs better, but still bogs exp. when in the powder doing pow turns. Does good on take off start doing some turn and falls on its face. Almost like the clutches are not back shifting. Will be looking at them this week.
Any other tips to look at would be great.

Drop your primary weights to 10-56's with a blue/pink spring, yellow exhaust valve springs, and pilots at 40. It should clean up most of your issues.

600 stumble

Mountainclimber not sure if helping me or treeboy? I have 40 pilots .9 pajs 1054 weights slp bluepink spring powervalves stock and not plugged. It doesnt load up like it use to, the engine stumbles once or twice on slow driving when boonedocking, not enough to put you over the bars. Ill double check my belt deflexion, did not try openning fuel screw above 1 turn but flipping choke flooded engine, thanks for the help!!!!! Also have not checked timing or tps, new carb boots though, runs 8100 to 8300 on top

Sorry dotter, I was refering to treeboy. Your setup sounds pretty good, basically the exact same as the setup I have in my wifes sled. I still have issues with it not quite being as snappy off the bottom as I would like also. I know the local polaris shop told me that I would probably never get it totally cleaned up. He said Polaris made a big mistake when they took off the air screws and put on fuel screws. Then he told me the only way he ever got the 6 to run somewhat crisp off the bottem was to change the cutaway on the slides. But he so far he won't share the info on what cutaway he used.
