My 07 Rev keeps on over heating because my thermostat keeps sticking. A local mechanic told me just to remove it. and another person says its not good to remove it...

Did you add a thermostat to your sled??? They don't have one stock.
Thermostat sticking on the 07 800R?
Maybe the the oil in the pan is too low and making the coolant inverter signal too weak to open the shutters on the back of the coolers?

I see you say rev, not summit,is your sled a gade because in 07 the summits didn't have a thermostat ,were the gades and mxz didn't come with the 800r, they had 800ho and still had a thermostat.if it's a HO you can remove it ,but you will have to block off the bypass or it will be even hotter, install a temp gauge first and find out if this is your problem.

thermostats are there to help regulate the temps. Replace it rather than remove it. If you do not have a thermostat the temps can change too quickly when you drop into powder. If it flows too quickly it will not cool as well. Keep the T-stat if it has one. I have heard about adding a thermostat to the 07 800 R's.
