So here's my issue, when I jump my sled, in the air I have a bog problem, this has almost lead to some endo's because I can't panick rev it. Any ideas? In my oppion I think when I hit sometime the slides move up and flood the motor, once I land it recovers. Any ideas on how to fix this would help alot!!!:beer;

Well, my 07 had a big bog and surge at about 6-7000k rpm at about 25miles and hour. During when you are just putting along from one play area to another. Real annoying. Things were fine if you pinned it or went real slow, but righ in the middle it would surge badly. I thought it was clutching and I was able to mostly get around it by modding but it turned out to be completly different. May not be the same bog you have, but it was due to a casting flaw inside one of the carborators.

That could be the problem but, it doesn't seem to be the same though, I don't have a bog any other time and I can let off and pin it any other time with no problems.

just a guess

Id say the clutches are not back shifting and it sound like high gear and the engine has to work to spin the track,witch make it sound like its bogging!!!the old sled did it all the time I would check all of the clutching!! also gearing

Cool, will do that, thanks! Is it a broken spring or something? Can't say I payed attention to it back shifting, seems like it just started doing this last spring. Didn't seem to have a problem earlier in the season. I will tear the clutches apart. I typically do this every other ride, but I did lack on doing this toward the end of the season. Figured I would be done riding by April, but rode til June 30th. Thanks again!!:beer;

check to make sure all the bushings and rollers are good , my 06 primary bushings are all bad already

Ok so talked to my buddy, owner of 10High extreme and he said it is the floats moving up from a hard hit and flooding the motor, my clutches were fine. He said that is why you can blurp it a few times and it starts running good again, said sometimes it even happens running down the trail over "speed bumps". In the old days with metal floats you could bend the tab and the floats would not go to the top, now with plastic floats you can not adjust this out :( So my solution is to HIT BIGGG STUFF and spend more time in the air this year to have time to blurp the throttle 2 or 3 times before panic reving! I will let you know how it works out!!! HAHA
