How are these sleds all around, i want something reliable, i love the 08's but donno if i can afford one. are the 07's any good? any big problems or recals with them. do they run pretty close to the 08 m8?

they rock!!! i have just over 5,000 miles on mine and only left me on the hill one time, just at 4,000 miles the diamond drive went out. if there is a weak point this is it. the M is by far the most reliable 800 sled out, second to none. if you ride hard you'll need some venting and heat protection. would suggest some fastlane no-sno's for the running boards and a properly installed bdx bumper kit. you'll love it...

In the group of 5 that I ride with every weekend there are 3 guys that ride the 07 M8. They are awesome sleds. Very, Very fun to ride. When my M1000 burned down I got to ride one for a few days. I would almost rather ride the M8 than my M1000. In my opinion you cant go wrong with this sled.
