2007 m 1000 missing a plug on the block

SDC10201.JPG

a picture in the above attachment shows a plug missing looks like a possible inspection plug.
I was wondering how it possibly managed to fall out and why???????????, or what exactly it is for??????? there is oil all around it ontop of the block.

That is your flywheel timing port and there is no plug in it from the factory and the oil looks to be coming out of your exhaust via leaky manifold gasket'sso you don't have anything to worry about.

Except if it is leaking you may want to get that fixed as you may have difficulties with boost pressure.

Forget the above post, thought it was someone else that has been having issues with their M1000 turbo....sorry.
