2007 800r hand warmers thumb and heater bag ?

so my hand warmers thumb warmer and bar bag heater wont work. i replaced the hand warmers thinking that was it. changed the relay above the air box, and checked the two fuses above the clutch, and the wires coming out of the stater is there a fuse i am missing some where ? any suggestions ?
