I am putting this here just because I want to see if anyone would be interested. If you are let me know. I would like to try to sell this sled as a whole if I can as then I dont have to try parting it out ... As of this post at this time I am _NOT_ going to part the sled out I just want to see if anyone would buy it as a whole.

For those of you who haven't been following this saga, basically I have just run out of time and patience. I set out to fix what I thought were the major problems with the 900 RMK, meaning putting the Torquemaster bottom end in and CompFusion's motor mounts.

The dealer I had do the work for me pinched something off on the wiring harness, and the sled hasn't been right since. It has since beeen to two other dealers but the electrical problems have persisted. As it stands right now, the sled potentially needs a new ECU, Voltage Regulator, and/or wiring harness. I do not know exactly what is wrong with it, but as is it has no MFD or tail or head lights.

To somone who knows what they are doing and has the time, tools, and patience to fix this sled it would make an animal of a sled for them. It runs like a striped-assed ape. I just do not have the time, knowledge, or patience to work on this sled myself and cannot afford to keep paying dealers.

Bottom line is, I do not have the know-how, time, tools or patieince to diagnose and fix the electrical problems on this sled. Mechanicaly this sled is sound. It vibrates less than a new 800 thanks to the bottom end, the clutching/gearing is spot on, and it honestly runs rings around a lot of other sleds. I wish like hell I knew how to fix electrical issues on a sled. For somone who knows how, this is an animal of a sled

The sled only has 1400 miles total on it. The crank/clutch only have 400 miles on them. The Holz suspension has two rides on it, the zero pros up front, spindles, skis have only ONE RIDE on them. Most of this sled is virtually brand new.

The fenders are slightly dinged up. There is a crack in the right-hand side fender (small) and the left-hand fender broke where the side panel ties in (epoxied). Mechanically this sled is in REALLY REALLY REALLY good shape. THe suspension components are all brand new as of a month ago. The sled has also been kept in an enclosed trailer since it was new.

With that said, here is what I am selling.

Dog..

looks clean man..just how i like it..

only thing i could suggest, stick lots of heat tape around the engine componets..i have some on the coolant lines, wiring, throttle boots...you name it..anything that is remotely near the pipe is complely covered by the heat reflective tape..seems to work great..no issues with ANY kind of melting..

just my .02

but looks GREAT man..hope it gets going and your electrical BS is over with soon..

If your going to part it out I am interested in the following:

Arctic cat clutch puller
Arctic cat spider tool
Arctic cat clutch alignment tool (not needed but you still can have it)
Arctic cat clutch holding tool (for removing clutch)
Arctic cat sheave holder (for holding clutch in compression while on sled)
also interested in Holz spindles

Ok, I'm putting the sled up for sale for real this time, minus one PTO-side piston.

I have had the sled out for _ONE_ ride this year after replacing the motor mount crossmember that snapped after Carl's did a new top end and ECU for me last year. It squeaked the PTO-side piston on me. The bottom end is fine, still rotates, everything with the crank is OK ....

With that said, I am pretty much over this sled.

Sled has everything listed above in original post but with a custom-built snorkel intake.

Sled has ~1700 miles total on it, about ~900 on the TMIII bottom end.

I am asking $3500 for the sled as is. PM me if you want pics or more info.
