2006 700 rmk iq question

hello i have a few questions for you guys that own a 2006 or around that year of sled. first do these sleds have the same (issues) as the 900's such as crank problems? and second what kinda life expectancy can you expect from this motor? Im thinking of buying one and i really dont want a repeat of the 900's problems. any input will help alot. thank you.

Over 4000+ miles and just one blown belt - i don't think the 700 puts quite as much stress on the motor and mounts (I am upgrading to compfusions mounts this yr though). I really like mine - they do viberate alittle but i'm used to it plus it pulls wicked for a 700. I have done many upgrades to mine over the years mostly to reduce weight and improve bottom end torque but the stock machine will probably need a few minor mods at least to compete with the newer sleds.

oh also this thing eats belts. motor mount issues????

Your motor mounts and torque stops are toast
You need the compfusions mounts and torque stop arm kit.
I had to do it to mine, I have 3200+ on my sled, after that, no belt issues at all.

The chassis are pretty light actually. Not as heavy as the 900's and you can do alot to lighten them up. I like my 700 never had any problems just improvements.
