A friend of mine has a 2005 Ski-Doo Summit 800 with 1000 miles on it. The snowmobile is 100% stock. He was riding and heard a loud metallic noise coming from the engine. Are these snowmobiles prone to crankshaft or piston problems? Thank you for the help.
