2005 KTM 525 SX Kit Help

Wanting to trade my ST kit for an SX kit not sure they make SX fit kit for KTM 525 05 model. how would i go about getting it modified to work?

A SB-504 will fit your 525 and a PRE-2016 SX. I have this fit kit in stock.

I have a 2014 SX demo kit that I would take your ST in on trade for. What year is your ST?

Awsome news! I thought the 05 525 would be a pain. called timbersled a bunch of times and they told me i would have to send them my bike to have it custom fitted. Sadly its a model year 2013 ST kit with 2.5" lugs. everything stock no mods. Only been ridden for 1 season. 2012/2013 for a total of 10 hours tops, tracks basically brand knew and other than the cosmetic scratches on the chain case (Alaska has lots of shot rock) its pretty much a new kit.

hey tillibuilt does that SX Kit have enough clearance in the tunnel for a powder track also?

Yes, the powder track will fit on a 2014 SX.
