Chopped the tunnel and also put on HCR edge pegs and gussets.

Here is mine that I did and good news is it only cost me about $20 bucks in material and a half days time.

yes i can take pics of the inside i will have them up later tonight and the edge pegs I put on they are a different size but you cut the foot well a little notch in it and then I had to take off like six inches from the front of the edge peg and then hold them on to the side of tunnel and drill your own holes using the tunnel holes. if that dont make sense I can send a pic of that too.. Nice install - doing the same thing right now. What type of rivets did you use?
He used aluminum pop rivets from Lowes. They r the same as Cat uses and alot cheaper. Used a hydraulic rivet gun to put them on, but u could just used a hand riveter. I'm doing mine like zerrmans, will get it done when I get home from Italy in March. Good job zerrman!
