2004 RMK 600 no compression

I have about 110 compression in one cylinder and maybe 10 in the other. Would appreciate some advice on the next thing for me to do or what the problem may be.

So far I've cleaned the VES valves, carbs, fuel pump, new plugs. All new to me beyond that.

You've stuck the rings in that one cylinder.

Time to pull the top end off and replace pistons/rings and check the cylinder to see if its hurt.
