Posting for friend

Sled has never been setup for prairie riding and don't know where i should even start with the clutching. The Sled has only been ridden in higher elevations as it was originally from BC. It seams to be reving out at 6500 rpm. It has a boon docker box but only an MBRP Can for modifications,

Any insight to as i should start for clutching
spring/weights?
