2003 summit H.O mod.

Hi, i recently did a rebuild on my mod sled, had the crankcase drilled, cylinders ported, new pistons all that fun stuff. I got the motor back into place and pulled, and pulled and well nothing happened not even a rumble. I took the plugs out of the head but still attatched to the spark plug boot and pulled and 0 spark. I have unplugged the electricals did the volt meter on pretty much all electricals. I just cannot figure it out any thoughts? please and thanks!

First, look at what Inked said in the above post. If not then it is your MPEM box. I have seen them go bad just sitting over the winter??? Can't explain it just happens.

The trigger's were on backwards, haha..woot. Thanks alot guys. and fyi the stator on these sleds only power the headlights and tailights it is different from the artic cats...which run everything.

Great that you got'er running. But, keep in mind the stator has two windings (primary/ secondary) Primary for the ignition system and Secondary for the lighting/accy system.
