2003 sno pro boggy coming out of the hole

elevation 6000-9000 feet mains 220 nozzles 480 needles 6dh7-3 pilots 30 rpm 2000 still wont come out of the hole without bogging you have to feather the throttle to get it to run any ideas?

where are you needles sitting on the clip position wise? how many down from the top? also what about your fuel screw? how many turns out from all the way screwed in?

needle clip has been from the top to the bottom air screw from 1/2 turn out to 4 turns out gutted airbox seemed to help sled is a pig

comp 120 dial set at (pick one) set it at all of them octane of fuel 91 sent it out with the rpms at 3000 seemed to do alright still a pig

Did you try larger pilot jets? I had this problem on a 580 and had someone tell me to go up one size. Seemed backwards at the time but it worked. Also,, check the E clip position on your needles, rule of thumb is to start with them in the middle position. Not too familiar with the carbs on this model but look for a plastic washer under the E clip for the needles, if they have them if one is missing this will cause an imbalance in your fuel delivery probably would not cause a bog but with carbs every detail counts. Not sure how long you have owned this sled but if it is a recent purchase check and see if the previous owner ran race gas with this setup. Also your pilot circuit might be clogged or partially blocked.
