Question on this truck. Did the 6 speed manual trans only come with the HO engine package?

305/555 03-04 came with a six speed. early 03 was a 5 speed which is very rare.325/605 H.O common rail is 04.5-05

I have a 03 3500 auto, 305hp, but I haven't had much luck with the auto, I'm on tranny #5, good thing for gold plan warrenty I wish it was a standard...

Believe it or not, I have an '03 with 290,000 miles, auto trans#1 and am constantly grossing between 20 and 26K. I know. I can't believe it either!
