2003 1M 800 problems

hey everyone i have some issues with my 03 1M...i just got it rebuilt an took it out but two hours later it died. Got new injectors and it ran great for another two hours an crapped out again. I was thinking it could be wiring harness, voltage regulator or the ecu? Any input would be great!

Will it restart? Does it have spark after it dies?

it will restart but only after pulling for about ten minutes and it does have spark after it dies and it only runs on the clutch side cylinder

sometimes the ECU has problem codes that need to be cleared or some of the sensors are dirty or bad. Just use an ohm meter to test...
