2002 mountain cat 800 151'

Hey, i was just wondering what you all think about the 2002 mountain cat 800 with the 151' track. just wondering about the pros and cones about the sled because i know arctic cat has a record of blowing up sooo yea i just what to know other people opinions thanks.

Every thing blows up but I think you need to try this post over in the AC section and they would probaly chime in and let you know the good, bad and the ugly:beer;

I had a 2002 Mountain Cat 800 151 LE.

It was a nice sled. A little bit heavy and the chassis was outdated. I owned this from 2005-2007. The power was great, I loved the EFI. Suspension was rough but it was dated and stock. The motor was great, the chassis is really the problem. I had a problem where a drive shaft bearing went out, my fault because I forgot to grease it. It is hidden and hard to get to the zerk, so it happens often on that sled. What is the price you are paying? I would think under $2000

x2 on everything assassin said.

It is heavy, but you could hit a rock the size of a truck and still keep going!

The only problem they had was improperly designed pistons! Just make sure they are replaced, Lighten up with the later yr. components and it should be a good 2nd sled for someone!
