2002 800 with pipes not running right

Ive got a 02 800 edge rmk that is only hitting on the pto side at idle... checked the carbs multiple times good compression has spark. the sled has slp twins and slp cheater heads... any info is greatly apreciated

The spark plug cap may either be bad, have water in it, the wire connection is loose or the copper in the last 1/2" of the wire is corroded. You could snip off the last 1/2" of wire into the plug cap and rescrew in the wire. You could look inside the plug cap and look for defects. You could by Personal Water Craft plug caps which are water proof. If if any of this does not work, try swapping coils, then CDI boxes with a running sled of same year. Unfortunately, coils do not come off easily, if at all.

Had the fuel screw break off inside the carb on my mod once. Had a coil fail on one side too.
