2002/2003 rmks

Hi Everyone

Winter is coming, so I am trying to get my sleds ready for the season.Right now I have a 2002 700 RMK 144/2003 600 RMK 144/ 2003 800 vertical 151.My 800 is good to go but need to change my water pump belt on the 2002,gaskets on the reeds,grease etc.My question to you guys is there some where on the net that you can download the shop manual for these sleds for free. I been looking for a post related to the water pump but no luck yet. Any help would be great.

Huck, the water pump belt on these is not a big job. Just remove the recoil cover and then take out the three bolts holding the belt pulley to the flywheel. While the belt is off turn the water pump pulley with your fingers and see if the bearings feel rough or dry. Sometimes you need to take the two bolts out of the oil pump and get it up out of the way to get the recoil cover off, but that is no big deal either.
