20012/13 Wyoming Range, Larbarge, Big Piney, Horsecreek Snow conditions

I havent heard of anyone ridding up there this week, checking now. I was thinking of going up Saturday if there was some fresh. Great base going now. Hopefully this storm we have had for 2 days down here is putting some up there. The snotel hasnt changed though

That might be one of those deals where the SnoTel lies, but I cancelled my trip tomorrow .... I absolutely love riding out there but with a week long trip to west planned in a month RE is a heck of a lot closer and cheaper for a couple days

bummer more snow for me LOL it was snowing none stop i went up thursday and sun came out and it was good finally could see after a few weeks of 0 visability, tons of un touched snow going saturday to check on some honey holes, to bad you didnt make it but in another month if it keeps up should be like 2 yrs ago!! i love wyoming!!!!

There hasn't been any new snow for probably a week and a half. Almost everything is tracked up or wind blown but you can still find some decent snow if you get really far back. Hopefully it will snow this week!

pretty tracked up and wind blown light snow falling in bowl at sunset (sunday), weather moving in today. still some nice unmarked snow around/away from the bowl and warming hut.

Rode up there on Sunday, found some untracked snow but there is not alot of fresh. Also there is a Avalanche class up there on Saturday.

Exactly! Not sure why someone pushed to have this thread when Rockin M was doing a great job with updates. Some people wont be happy till western Wyoming is like crowded like the Snowies.

You guys are far enough away to keep the hoards of flatlanders away. Im a flatlander myself and cant stand going to yellowstone/snowies/horns because of it. I feel your pain.
