2001 summit 800 cutting out

I bought a summit 800 with a bad motor .I put in a short block from ski doo broke it in last wk took it out this wk ran fine down the road when i got into deep snow it started to cut out . Pulled plugs no spark sat for 10 min got spark .took off ran fine untill back out in deep snow and then lose spark again has anyone had this promblem ? Need help. Thank for any suggestions

Yeap you should be runnin a Br9es in that and the R stands for resistor, if your not it will interfear with the comp.
