2001 Mountain TPS bad

I had to unplug my TPS from the carb so it would run. What do I need to do to the TPS on the carb so I can plug it back in?

Search TPS there's a way to check it with a digital multi meter or you can just take it to a cat dealer, Any way it got water in it? if it's bad, it's bad and you will need a new one... Good luck keep us posted!

put a resistor in the end of the plug, i bought mine that way. Not real sure what resistance it has but im sure someone else knows
