2000 RMK 600 Secondary.

This last weekend, the bushing in the secondary in my wife sled slipped part way out and buggered up the helix and inner sheave (stock button set up) . It looks like it may be cheaper to buy a used secondary than to buy parts to rebuild. I found a few on ebay, but was wondering if anyone close has one laying around for a good price that I might be able to get before this saturday!!


Anyone...... If not I will continue on the ebay route!!

After pulling it apart, it is damaged enough that I need the whole clutch not just parts. do you think it is worth looking for a used clutch, or should I just go for a new one???

ebay is a gamble because you can not see the product, but i would get used

I've got one that is all but brand new, I'll make sure the buttons and bushing are good. What helix and spring were in your clutch? I may not have the right helix, but check on it and let me know and I'll see. I've got a new spring for sure. You can have it for 1/2 of new... whatever that is.

Hey the clutch is stock so R8 helix and silver/blue spring. New stock clutch is 350. I would have to wait for 5 working days to get one. I found a new polaris roller clutch with spring and helix for same 350. I am wanting to get a clutch to allow my wife to ride this weekend.. I am in spanish fork and work in provo. Also, what is the best way to align the clutches once I get the new or used clutch. I have no alignment tool!! Thanks!!

what about an arctic cat roller secondary!! I know this can be done. Is it just a key change????? what is needed to put that secondary on. I know the helixs are cheapers to play with. Just maybe another option??

Sled_guy, I am still interested if you have that secondary with R8 ramp and silver blue spring?? and how much you want and how I would be able to get to it, maybe meet you somewhere. In the mean time I am looking into the cat secondary deal.
