2000 800 RMK low end bog

My 2000 800 RMK is having low end issues... It sputters and bogs until about 4,000 RPM, and a few times, wouldn't come out of the bog, even under full throttle... When it does come out, it takes off like a rocket... Kinda unsafe... I have pulled and cleaned the carbs, and that didn't help... Any ideas? Could my secondary be causing any of this? Any new ideas would be great! Thanks!

What is in your primary for the weights and spring and what elevation do you ride? Inspect both the primary and secondary to determine their condition (rollers, pucks, bushings etc.) and report back.

Belt is'nt to tight is it? Sounds like a carb or intake problem i.e.(reeds) but it could be electrical- spark plug leads,sp.plg caps
Compare and sync all carb parts and positions- nothing floating around in the airbox right?
