2 wheel kit install help

Trying to install a 9" inside wheel kit on my REV with a MM off axis axle. I took out the three stock wheels and axle. The track seems to tight to slide the new axle and wheels in, i figure something needs to be loosened up. Any tips would be appriciated, thanks in advance.

remove the upper idler wheels and make sure the offset axle is in the correct position. it's very tight and should leave you with .5" of sag. it is so tight that you will not have to use your track adjustment screws, but make sure they are installed with a tad bit of tension on the bracket

Thanks Blacksnow, got her done.

AWESOME DEAL!! i got mine in and then thought it was backwards because i couldn't adjust the track tension. i ended up flipping it around and then fought it for two days before i called and found out i had it right the first time. :o 9" sure looks SWEET!!!

that looks dope
I have the same sled..I like the looks of that for sure

ditch those front (bottom) idler wheels, replace them w some scratchers and ur skid will look awesome

I haven never had an issue w front wheels removed and using scratchers

nice work!
