2 seater sled for trails and hauling/hunting?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to snowmobiling in general. I'm looking for something I can take on trails and do some hunting with...I also plan on building a small cabin on a property in the future. I bought a 98 SummitX 670, but it seems a little too tippy for me and it had lots of problems with only 2200 miles on it, so I want to stay away from Ski-doos.....kind of like a ford or chevy, if you drive one you don't want the other. I also want to be able to take the wife on a ride from time to time, keep in mind I'm a big guy, almost 300 lbs....and I'm old. I have been looking at Touring machines and I've read I should have an air cooled engine, so it can idle for long time if needed to warm the hands. I'm looking at used machines.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

AC Bearcat 570 / Yam VK540 / SkiDoo Scandic - Ac & yam are fan cooled - scandic is liquid I believe - can't recall if they offered a 550 fan.

all three have articulating track in reverse which is a big help and have high / low range for towing. pretty rugged and solid.
