2" lug to 2.4" lugs- Worth the money?

Ask a mountain rider 3 - 5 years ago if they would give up their 2" lugs, that sleds had started to come with, and go back to their 1.5" mountain tracks that they used to run... no way would they have done it. Now I think that same thing will be true of 2.5" lugs as more and more manufacturer's spec them as stock and older sleds are upgraded.

Does a 16" wide fit on a Polaris IQ? I found a 153x16x2.5" track. Would that fit on a 151 RMK with a 9" wheel kit? What would I have to change for the drivers. This is an interesting topic.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll be going 151x15x2 for sure, 151x15x2.4 if I can find the money or a nice 2.4 used track.
