2.6 vs. 2.75

Don't buy either. If you are switching to 3.5 drivers get the 300LX. That track is best suited for the 9R torque. Have TracksUSA.com cut it down to a 15". I think I was $1,250 with it cut and delivered to my doorstep.

Dam. I figured you were going to say that!

I posted earlier about converting my 146 9r to a 155. Trying to decide between these 2 tracks. Thought?

Besides durability I personally like the 2.75.

If your only options were between the 2.6 and 2.75, the 2.75 is a noticeably better track in deep snow (I've put a couple thousand miles on both). Polaris also has extrovert drivers for the 2.75 but not the 2.6 as of this year.

Is this track a flex edge track? The description says " short width rods"

Also, do you use 6 tooth extroverts? Anit stab needed?

Yeah the only reason I was thinking 2.6 was I thought about keeping the hearing the 146 comes with..

My buddy put the Lynx track on his Polaris Boost and it is awesome. It pulls hard and is a much better option than the Polaris track. It is aggressive and fantastic in the trees and on the slopes.

Depends on where you ride and snow conditions. Based on your two choices, the 2.75 is a much better powder track. If your a deep powder rider and going to buy 3.5” pitch drivers, you may as well get the 300lx cut to 15” wide. The 3” 300lx is way better powder track than the 2.75. The flex edge doesn’t really flex, they cut most of it off when going 15” wide anyway.

Thinking about trying the M66 from composite. So only a 2.6 lug. My riding at home at 2000' is the reason I want a little shorter lug.

What about pitch now, 2.86 vs. 3.00 vs. 3.5? It's available in all 3.
