1999 GMC Suburban, 5.7l random misfires

Does not load up.

I was going to check the gasket with some carb cleaner.

Replaced the distributor and coil everything is great now. Going to do the fuel filter next.

Checked the intake for leaks with carb cleaner. No leaks.

If it has a plastic plenum the injector spyders fail and need to be replaced Napa caries them #238887 there not cheep but much better than the OE part,And you should be able to make that repair in about 3.5 hrs..

Just to add, I had a 99 Suburban with all the above symptoms, mine turned out to be a leaking intake manifold gasket.

Checked for that and it is fine.

Distributor seems to have fixed it.
