I have a 1998 Ski-Doo Formula III 700 RAVE. My first question is where is the .25 fuse for the fuel guage? I have a cd that has all the shop manuals on it, but even with the wiring diagrams, I can't find that fuse. It use to work, but maybe is it possible that the wires maybe broken at the sending unit? I couldn't find any info on getting the seat off, or I would of checked that. How does that seat come off? Does it have fasteners in the tunnel?
2. The machine has a problem when you start it up. It doesn't like to run unless the chock is on, unless you are up around 3500 to 4500 rpm. I have used sea foam to see if I could clean up the carbs, but that doesn't seem to help. I did have the carbs cleaned a couple of years ago, and it ran fine after that. I have found a station that sells fuel without ethonal, which some say is the reason it may need another cleaning. Apparently ethonal is not the best fuel to use. Any help is appreciated. This is my first post, so if I need to put this somewhere else in the forum, please let me know.
