1996 Polaris Ultra 680 stock motor.
--Cylinders w/ heads and covers--2 cylinders look good, crosshatching from hone still evident, one cylinder might need to be renic'd, this looks to be problem cylinder. No pitting of heads, $225 for all three OBO
--3 Carbs, bodies only, no slides/needles $30/set
--Oil pump with 3 carb boots and drive gear, gear teeth very good, $35
--Water pump w/ rail, drive gear looks very good, no side-to-side slop of drive gear, $75
--Reed cages, set of 3, petals good not chipped, not bent or damaged $30/set
--Stator, good shape, don't have CDI to test, "FP93" cast into back,"04" faintly marked in ink after. Flywheel was marked "FP9304" (Magnets of flywheel damaged, probably in shipping). $30
--Cases in good shape, no marks that I can see, $25/pair
--Core crank, PTO bearing definitely garbage, others not much better, buy it for pieces $30
