1972 and 1974 Sno Jet.. Are they worth anything?

Found these cleaning out my brother-in-law's garage.... Are they worth anything?

Both of them start right up and run great, by the way.

They are worth whatever a collector is willing to pay. They run and they look to be in pretty good shape (not missing half the original parts) so I would say they will fetch a pretty good price!

You will be lucky to get much for them. We had a sno jet that was in MUCH better shape. The thing lived in a garage free from sun and had the cover still on it. Very primo, I know we didn't get much and ended up selling them to a collector. I personally would rather them go to someone who will appreciate and take care of them than make an extra $100 and them go to some dill weed.

Throw them on Ebay and see what happens. Set a small reserve to cover any costs and let them go.

I live in Logan and i will give you a 100 for the one with 433 on the hood. Its just like one my dad had when i was very young

That Amaco sign will probably sell for as much as the sleds.

Price you get depends on how long you want to hang onto them. You already have an offer for $100 for the little one. If you hang onto it for a year you may get $300 - big deal. Take the $100 offer. It sounds like it would be going to a good home.

You could also call a couple local snowmobile shops to check for interest. Some shops like to have a classic for display.

Google for a Vintage snowmobile club and forum. Run and add with them.......I got a free, rusty old Moto Guzzi a few years ago and had $1,200 in my pocket in a few days......
