189" Pro RMK <link here>

That's a looong track:face-icon-small-sho.
As far as the washer on the scratcher it looks like it creates additional drag/more snow to the coolers.Going to try it on mine, can't hurt:face-icon-small-win.

That is just insane!!:face-icon-small-sho

Who makes the 189" track, I thought the longest you could get was the 174"?

My question is why?? I'm not saying it doens't look cool, but doens't a 163 climb really well, what good is a 189, or is this the sled that is going to win the hill climbing championships?? If not, I guess I'm missing something.

i'm guessing they are going for extreme flotaion and deep snowmobility. no doubt the climbing would be great, i ride a 155" and that's good enough for me, but to each their own. 15 years ago, i bet a 160 some inch track with a pump gas turbo would have had people scratching their heads wondering why.

Ok, it floats, we get it...but who is willing to take this 189+ whatever through the trees with a 155" "short track"....440 dart...chime in. Bring that 174" over too...

Just gotta say, glad I live in Norway!! Cuz when he gets stuck he WONT be calling ME!!! LOL

But I like it, pushing the bar for sure. Absolutely no argument.

If this lets a senior ride with the boys then it's all good, very good.

Well, from my experience with older riders, Id say having the extra flotation is going to help a lot when you can't shift from side to side as fast or as aggressively.

Not saying the owner is old or unable to ride normal, but having that much track will probably make it easier and less work I'd think. JMHO

ok..so the question everyone wants the answer too..1 poo...2 doo's..which one goes better?:face-icon-small-win

All 3 sleds are surprisingly close. Probably not more than 3ft between them all.

The Pro does have plugged decompression holes and a head from SLP. The doo's are stock motor wise just clutching (which is a work in progress).

But man do they go through the dark timber.

hmmm..... if i had a turbo.... i would do this no questions asked. I would use two 146" assualt track take offs, avid drivers, talk ez-ryde into making me some rails.

No need to talk to ez ryde, Ice Age has aready made the rails. So far have not needed a turbo, want is another deal. They really, really get on top of the pow and maintain good track speed 45-50 ish.

the reason i would talk ez-ryde into makeing some rails is so i could use an ez-ryde suspension. :face-icon-small-con
