How deep was the base? Hell ya for you guys, too bad my sled was down.

There was still about 6' of hard base under the 18" of pow. Didn't hit a rock all day. We stayed up as high as we could to make sure we were staying out of the creeks and such. Will still be rideable up there this weekend. I'm sure this recent pow will be gone though...

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Hopefully we all get to start riding early this fall/winter.

Went up there again yesterday afternoon. The fresh snow from Sat/Sun is pretty mushy on top and makes the sled push. Still a blast though!
