17 Axys dies when pointed to the sky

When blasting through a wind lip, or wheelie-ing over obstacles or convexities on a hill climb, etc. My otherwise strong running Axys just plain dies. It's pretty instant - not like it sputters then dies - it just cuts out immediately. Once it's back on the ground it starts right up (pull start).

Clean relays, good TPS settings. Fairly basic mods: SLP pipe and can, TSS bypass for finger throttle, Pro Armor tether.

Thoughts?

I’d be looking at the fuel pump pick up or obstructed fuel tank vent. Or loose/corroded stator wiring connector issues

I don't know if this could happen to the Axys but a friends Cat did the exact same thing years ago. He had hit a nasty hole and the impact swung the fuel pick-up at the rear of the tank up around the fuel pump where it got lodged. After that whenever he was pointed up hill it stalled.

It's happened with both a full tank and partial tank of fuel. Seems too instant to be a problem early in the fueling system - how long would the motor run at max revs if I cut off the fuel before the pump? Is there enough fuel already in the system to run for at least a few seconds?
