Will a 163 fit under a 155 tunnel without a tunnel extension?

Yes, but you'll have to do something to keep your snowflap from getting sucked up into the track. It also causes your sled to run much hotter due to the snowflap not directing as much snow to the coolers.

Yes, I have this on my sled.

I riveted the snow flap to an aluminum bumper tube, works great.

That was really smart! That's what Polaris does on some of their Utility & Trail models. Should work really well.
